To help you maintain a healthy body and mind during your time at University, you can also access the Being Well, Living Well course on Moodle for FREE.

Silvercloud is a flexible, self-directed programme to help with your wellbeing. It’s FREE using your LSBU email address and can be accessed 24/7 on a computer, tablet or phone.
