From 12.00 until 14.00 each Wednesday afternoon, upstairs in the Student Life Centre

Providing a space to:

  • Think about wellbeing in a variety of ways
  • Contribute your ideas to what wellbeing services should look like at LSBU
  • Meet new friends
  • Try something new
  • Learn about the support available here at LSBU.

Activities will be different each week but will include:

  • Board games
  • Demos of our online resource SilverCloud
  • Crafts
  • Part time pets
  • Emotional health workshops.
