Looking after your wellbeing will help you get the most out of your time at LSBU, and we want to help you to do this. 

Find out about our FREE workshops and events on the Wellbeing LibCal Calendar, including:

Midweek Mindfulness Group – Every Wednesday (term-time) at 1.15pm. Guided mindfulness techniques to help bring more calm into your life

Stress Less – Online session (30 minutes) - find out what stress is, how it affects us and how to manage it.

Ways to Wellbeing – Online session (30 minutes) – includes tips on how to look after your wellbeing, strategies that can help you cope and information about helpful resources. 

You can also learn positive learning and mindset skills on the new Mindset Matters Moodle site.
